91Ô­´´ State's (91Ô­´´) Annual State Application Under Part B of the IDEA for FFY 2025 has been posted for public review for 60 days (MarchÌý 12 through May 11, 2025). The application includes the identification of 91Ô­´´ requirements that are not otherwise required by federal law and regulations pursuant to IDEA section 608(a)(2); the description of the use of funds under Part B of the IDEA; andÌýthe revised form under General Education Provision Act (GEPA) section 427, which describes the steps and strategies 91Ô­´´ proposes to take to ensure equitable access to, and participation in, activities conducted under Part B.

Written public comment on the 91Ô­´´ Part B Application for FFY 2025 will be accepted by the Office of Special Education for 30 calendar days, as required by federal law (March 19 through April 18, 2025).
