The Staff/Curriculum Development Network of 91Ô´´ State’s (SCDN) mission is to strengthen the capacity of school districts to promote successful attainment of the 91Ô´´ State Standards by all students. In effect, SCDN is the instructional leadership arm of the thirty-seven Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) and the Big 5 Cities in 91Ô´´ State.
